Ballet
A classical dance form demanding grace and precision. Employing formalized steps and gestures set in intricate, flowing patterns to create expression through movement. It is considered the foundation for all European and Western forms of dance.

Jazz
A fundamental dance form that is lively and energetic. Jazz dance technique derives from ballet, but is adapted to include more upbeat and quick movements. The use of jumps and turns are often seen and practiced.

Tap
Tap is a type of dance characterized by using the sounds of metal taps affixed to the heel and the toe of the shoe striking the floor as a type of percussion. This is coupled with both characteristic and interpretative body movements.
